I often encounter with the issue of child care and schooling. In today’s dynamic world when no body have time for any body how one can manage his children schooling and association needs. But it is the intimate bonding between parents and children which make a child focus of his parent’s life.
In my last post about parenting “How you can help your kid learning,” I have talked about role of children in child development now I want to focus most on the issue of schooling. . I refer to home as school because a child first place of education is his home where he learns about life. What ever is thought at home will demonstrate in his overall life therefore parents should consider the importance of home schooling in lives of their children. I think that parents are full partners in child education and School plays a vital role in performing this task therefore I always suggest to have a better Home school relationship through effective parental participation and involvement.
According to a research on family involvement published in Harvard Family Research Project “Home-school relationships are the formal and informal connections between the family and educational setting.” This elaborate the concept that home school relationship not only refers to the formal parents role of attending parents teacher meetings, school functions instead home school relationship refers to the methods and procedures of parental participation those are informal, innovative and unique.
Although modern education system allows parents to participate, facilitate and teachers to be innovative in children education, it also allows variety of choices to parents from different types of schools and instructional programs it is equally important for both parents to give their time for their child home schooling.

How you can help your kid learning?
Parents are the most important assets of our lives. They give birth to us; they grow us and teach us the realities of lives. Parents are involved in each and every part of their children especially during their education period. I personally think that parental participation is essential, in proper development and growth of children.
Life is incomplete without parents. Parental participation in general terms define as several different forms of parent’s participation in their children education and in different school activities.
In traditional view parental participation means attending once a year school general meeting, attending parents teacher meeting and volunteering school events and committee as describe by US Official Policy by Department of Education but in modern literature parental participation refers to more parental support in their children schooling by attending school functions and responding to school obligations (parent-teacher conferences).
In real life if you are a parent of a kid or two, try using following steps to participate in your kid’s education. One of the most important and common methods of Parental participation can be explained as more parental involvement in their children school work, assignments and other activities. On form of parental involvement is encouraging children for their school work, modeling desired behavior with children like participating in reading for pleasure. It sometimes becomes difficult for working women to do such stuff but stay at home moms can have enough time to spend with children in such activities.
When Parents play as active and working partners with their children daily routine activities they contributed a lot in their children mental and physical development and education. in their early age through proper involvement in planning, organizing, decision-making and governance of home school partnership programs for community and children.
Parents can play their role when they monitor their children home work and help their children through actively tutoring at home. So do monitor your kid activity because control is essential in determining limits. Take loads of care to your kids and loved one because life is love. Don’t you agree?

We all love fashion. What ever comes new every one tries to adopt it. But fashion is fade rather try to develop your own style statement that last forever.
Fashion is revolving around the concept of creativity which is highly influenced by personal ideas and environmental influence.
Creativity is the essence of design. Any thing which is different than rest of the lot and is created by using unusual ideas than it is really attractive. The sustainability of attraction is dependent on the issue that how different an idea is. It is also dependent upon environmental acceptance of a creative idea.
It is not true to say that contemporary fashion is better or historic work was great instead different era comprising on multiple years shuffle fashion worlds totally up and down like 50’s and 60’s then 90’s etc. Throughout history international fashion revolves around generations like in 90’s a new generation of designers emerges which gives new ideas to the world truly opposite to the ideals of generation working in 60’s.
Fashion contributes greatly in our daily lives. What we wear shows who we are. So be careful in adopting any fashion because it expresses your mind buddy. It reveals every thing about you.

Today I really want to discuss one of the most important issues in our professional lives. How to tell you boss that you want to quit your job. How could you say good bye to your old boss who has been with you for years and proved to be the best mentor you could ever have. He trusts you and understands you. He is also very considerate but he is unable to provide you such benefits and extra ordinary compensation plan as his competitors offer you. Due to the low sales he is bound to give you less financial benefits but provide immense opportunity to learn and grow both on personal and professional grounds. And more than all you regard him and enjoy his friendship at personal level.
Will you be able to tell him that look man!! !! I need money and what ever you have given to me is not worth it. So I kick your ass and I am going to your competitors. Be careful now because your company progress will decrease as I know a lot about your company and you. I don’t give a dam to your or your God damn mentoring or guidance. What I need is money which you cannot give to me. And what you are giving to me really do not worth any thing?
Or you are a person who gives more importance to relationship and learning than money. You will continue to improve sales of your company and in turn improve your earnings. Are you so daring that you can reject monitory benefits for extra ordinary personal and learning benefits? Are you so daring that you can stand firmly in front of the whole world and say that we are a team and I want to improve all of our earnings rather than my own salary because I know that you are a good man buddy. I do not let you down and strive for better than the best to increase our sales.
The answer depends on who you are? A person who is capable to change destiny into destination or a coward? Decide where you want to place yourself? Do you dare to change the world around you or you just quit to save your own self.

Love and life
Love and life goes together. What a waste of time life would be if you do not dare to love. You can love some one or every one. Because no one can take place of any one on else but every makes his own place in our hearts. You can love some one really special. That special person could be any one. Either it could be your parents, kids, friends or your hubby.
We love a person because he stays close to our heart and soul. Your love ones are very close to your heart, you care for them and what if they left you alone in search of someone they can love?
I know its pain!!!!!!!!! But believe me or not, it does not matter what your love ones do for you, either they care for you or not, they return same love and affection to you or not. You cannot stop loving them because you love themmmmmm! And love is forever.
